Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email or send a message on social media with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 14 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
How to return
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Please do not return any faulty items unless advised to do so by customer service.
