Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your items to us from the day that you received them. All items must be returned in their original packaging. If we feel the items are not in a well-kept condition, we are at liberty to reject the returned items.

How to return

Ensure that your items are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

You will need to drop it off at your local post office (for UK orders only). Please retain a proof of postage receipt.

If we have issued a refund, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to appear on your statement. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Please do not return any faulty items unless advised to do so by customer service.


We currently only offer exchanges for a different size.
